Information for Applicants

Raid Times - Preparation

Our raid dates are Thursday and Sunday; invites start shortly before 20.00 and raid ends at 23:30 Server Time. We require members to attend at least one raid weekly, two if you plan on ranking up to a reason (RL accidents, events, holiday, must notify on forum or Officer). It is up to you to prepare for the raid by bringing pots, flasks and buff food and make sure you understand tactics and have a good idea of what your role will be. Guild members will be happy to help you before raid with making flasks or getting your gear ready with enchants, just be polite and they will understand.

Class Understanding

Everyone must learn as they go along, updates happen, classes change. You must be able to adjust and stay up to date with your class. We cannot teach you how to play every patch. We trust you to know what gear is an upgrade, what gems and enchants are best and to do your best to get gear outside of raids to help progressive raiding.

Tactics

We all want to see bosses, something important to remember, we don't want to see the same boss over and over again in one night. You must do your best to find out the tactics of each boss we will be facing so you can perform at your maximum and not make excuses about forgetting to check tactics. That is not a good impression.

Officers

Officers are Officers because they are able to handle the tasks that need to be done, they are here to set up and lead raids, to handle the Guild Bank and to help the guild as a whole. A guild working as one is a good thing and following the leader has proved more effective than a group divided.

Communication and Behaviour

If you have a problem, speak up! It's always best to say if something is wrong rather than keep it bottled up, but knowing how to go about it is just as important as the issue, kicking a fuss up in guild chat solves nothing, a polite whisper or well placed PM can be much more efffective. You represent the guild you are in, if you go around acting the fool, you make the guild look bad. Good impressions are good!

Loot System

With Loot, we generally just roll after a short discussion over vent following few simple rules. Main spec before offspec, higher ranks before fresh members or how well someone actually performed so far. Crystals go to guild bank, BoEs as well, unless it is main spec - then we go as usual.
If you are interested in a piece of loot - just speak up on vent, it is rather easy to solve loot in 10mans.

Trial period
If you happen to be invited to guild, be sure to ask Aleandra for member status on forum and then check especially Announcements section and Rules, so that you get the basic answers to all your questions you may have.
